Folding and unfolding: "fold less" + "fold more" combo to peak inside doesn't work

This is my 1st out of 3 bug reports regarding folding. I will edit the text soon to provide links to the other ones.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Sandbox vault and [[Start Here]] note.
2. Use Fold all headings and lists command
3. In live preview mode, place the cursor at the end of the word “interested” in the first folded heading.
4. Use Fold less command - it works great!
5. Without moving the cursor anywhere, use Fold more command - it doesn’t work.

Expected result

It should work this way. It works only if you place the cursor at the very end of the line or the line below. Let’s call putting the cursor on a line and then doing fold less and fold more peaking inside.

Actual result

Nothing happens after using fold more command.
