File name as note title?

This morning when I launched Obsidian all of my file names had stopped showing as headers in my notes and I can’t seem to locate the setting to turn it back on again. Could someone please point me in the right direction? Or did it get removed in an update?

I believe this has yet to be implemented, but I could be wrong. Here’s the open feature request:

I realised it’s a setting in the California theme. I was looking in the general Obsidian settings for it.
