Please add a double tap gesture. Pull down only works when i am on top of the file, really annoying sometime
I think this is a great idea.
Just today I was thinking how cool it will be to be able to double tap the screen and switch between edit and preview mode instead of reaching with the finger all the way to the top of the screen.
So yeah, this will be a great addition

Great idea as long as it does f conflict with other gestures. I believe iOS uses double tap to select text.
This sucks.
Editing mode is switched on by accident with ease, and there’s no way to change the modality nor disable it in its entirety.
I have no big issues with the new update, but that’s trully terrible, even more when touchscreens already come with double tap features themselves, many of them related to text.
Not opening a new post because it’ll prolly get merged anyways, but I truly hope they do something with this. Options, at least!

At least make it an option to be turned off or on as needed / preference.
I keep mistakenly double clicking and entering edit view
