Duplicate finder and diff viewer

A easy way to show any duplicated text inside notes and get a diff view for that part.

Would be tremendously helpful to keep the vault in order and optimize filing.

I couldn’t find any other post with this idea so I’m sharing it here. Sometimes I import a bunch of notes and notice I have some similar ones and want to do a simple visual diff comparison of the two text files. I do this externally using various text tools but a neat plugin to do the trick would be handy.

+1 for this! I mucked about with readwise and i’ve now got two copies of the same sync - just sitting in different folders rather than updated to the new naming convention as I’d hoped they would!
