Does someone now a PlugIn which I giving the option to place informations on a page in columns?

I would like to easily place content in a row and a specific amount of columns.

Like here:

Where I just add a row with 2,3 or 4 columns and can add content there.

I know that maybe I could get there, with inline-html but, I am not that good in this stuff and maybe there is a PlugIn to do that.
