I want to know every possible thing I can change on the UI for Obsidian. Does anyone know where I can find a list, “cheatsheet”, or a boilerplate? I know some obvious ones like changing the background, but I don’t know exactly what Obsidian uses so I can’t call.
I know my question sounds vague and that’s because I’m kind of ignorant about everything with CSS and only know basics, but here’s some clarification.
:root {
--background-primary: white;
}
Basically, I’m trying to figure out attributes like --background-primary: white; so I can quickly go through the code. If I am naming it incorrectly or I sound ignorant, please kindly correct me if you want. Please be kind.
Things I have tried
I tried looking up stuff on GitHub and the great ol search engine but I couldn’t find a thing. I’ve also gone through other people’s code’s but that is a bit dodgy and irritating to me because I don’t understand it really.
For the latest variables (sometimes the above docs are a bit behind), their default values, and the rest of the css, I recommend grabbing a copy of the app.css and saving it somewhere for reference. You won’t edit this as it won’t do anything; it’s just a quick reference for if you don’t want to use that section of the dev tools.
