Disable "Smart lists" causing blockquote not add ">" on entering

Steps to reproduce

  1. Disable “Smart lists” option.
  2. Create a blockquote, type and enter.

EDITED: This also happens with Checkbox where disabling “Smart lists” also disable auto inserting - [ ].

Expected result

Expect that when I enter in a blockquote, Obsidian will add “>” automatically like previous version.

Actual result

No “>” is inserted.
