Delete unused block reference IDs

I use block references daily and usually delete the string with reference and the ID of the referenced block in two steps when I need to. Sometimes I need to delete more IDs and the process gets tiring. Is there a quicker way? Like automatically/batch deleting unused block IDs?

This can at least help finding the files containing them:
/\^[0-9a-z]{6}$

Someone can help maybe with how to make a DataView query that checks for unused block ID’s if possible.
