Daily Note plugin can't find folder after folder rename

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new vault.
  2. Create a new folder for daily notes.
  3. In Obsidian settings, in Daily notes, set the New file location to the folder you have in mind.
  4. Close settings.
  5. Rename said folder. When Obsidian prompts for updating all references, click Yes to make sure that all references in existing notes are updated.
  6. Close Obsidian.
  7. Restart Obsidian.
  8. Notice the message that says that it failed to create a daily note because it couldn’t find the folder.
