Cursor moves behind the character right after typing it

Steps to reproduce

  • Open any file, empty or not.
  • Start a title.
  • Add a space after the ˋ#ˋ.
  • Type any word.

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? [Y/N]

I followed the Troubleshooting Guide and the issue was not fixed.

The issue in on Android, so no sandbox mode.

Expected result

The characters should be typed in order and the cursor should stay on the right side.

Actual result

If I type ˋ## Banˋ I get ˋ## naBˋ. From the third character forward the order is correct, so ˋ## Bandaˋ would become ˋ## ndaaBˋ
