Code Blocks and Outgoing Links: Two options

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a code block (including admonition, e.g.)
2. Create an internal link
3. Look at Outgoing Links → Unlinked Mentions section
4. See suggested link for the linked page
5. Click to link

Expected result

Either:

1. Don’t see any suggested links in the outgoing links panel for links in code blocks
   OR
2. Correctly detect the existing outgoing link

Actual result

Endless link wrapping and it does’t detect it properly

• Operating system: macOS

• Obsidian version: v0.12.10

I would expect both code blocks (block of text surrounded by ```) and inline code to not show the link autocompletion popup, especially since the links both don’t activate or report to the linked page as a backlink. More importantly, I would want the code to be treated as that, code. Not markdown (or extended markdown, or Obsidian links, or anything other than code).

Use case or problem In the panel Outgoing links> Unlinked list - links are also displayed in the code block and url addresses. Which in many cases creates many unwanted connections for me. E.g. I make notes for jquery snippets both my own and copied from websites and are included in many cases }) (jQuery); or within the url the word github.
