CJK: wrong rendering in edit mode for bolded wikilinks

For all the people who landed here. There are two issues in this BR. The first of which is really related to the markdown spec.

For the editor:

  1. Markdown: Treat CJK punctuation symbols as letters

  2. Editor / Live Preview: Markdown markers are applied forward, even if there is no closing marker

Reading mode is also incorrect according to markdown spec in this example.
