Change search to search contents and titles without operator

Currently a note titled “Very important” with the content “abc” is not found when one searches for “important”. In order to find it, the user must attempt to open a note and type “important” to find the note

This is somewhat unexpected behaviour. I should not be forced to remember whether the keyword is in the title or content or use both methods above to ensure that I have not used a keyword in my note system previously.

Proposal:
Searching searches through all the contents, tags AND titles

Please see How to search in note titles i.e filenames. You can use file:(search query) to search filenames.
