Can't Map Hotkeys to F3-F12

Things I have tried

Changing the mapping under hotkeys in the settings menu.

What I’m trying to do

I see that F1 and F2 are mapped to hotkeys. I would like to also use F3-F12, well at least F3. It only allows combo’s, Ctrl + F3, etc.

Is there a config file somehwere I can edit to properly map hotkeys for obisidan?
