Bulleted lists break Enter key behavior for Callouts later in document

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create callout with Insert > Callout
  2. New line, type “-” and " " (single space) to start a bulleted list
  3. New line, create callout with Insert>Callout
  4. Press Enter key at the end of each callout’s Contents (after lines 2 / 5 in image, below)

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? [Y/N]

Followed troubleshooting guide and tested in sandbox vault.

Expected result

Both callouts behave the same and start a new line with "> ".

Actual result

The first callout functions as expected (starts new line with “>”), but the second callout breaks (starts new line with "- ").
This affects all callouts below a bulleted list, regardless of the content or space between them.
