Bug in frontmatter date-time property

A frontmatter date-time property that is already set to a date does not update to current time when “today” is pressed - it keeps the time that is already set.

Current workaround:
Pressing clear date, then pressing set date.

On a side-note, it would also be nice to have the seconds displayed in the date-time when you press “today”. As of now, the seconds are rounded off and you would have to manually set the seconds in the source.

Tested on Linux on Obsidian version 1.13.7

I understand that this might not technically be a bug. But for the people like my self, who use date-time for timestamping, this is a bit of an inconvenience. I’m thinking there could be a separate button for getting an exact timestamp.
