[Bug] Can't move items in the toolbar options list beyond the top of the screen

Obsidian Mobile version: v1.0.4

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open mobile toolbar configuration.
  2. Scroll to the bottom.
  3. Try to move one of the items beyond the top edge of the screen.
  4. Observe that you can’t do that.

Expected result

The list is automatically scrolling and the item moves upward.
