Browser-side (or system-wide) solution to copy links with website titles

Things I have tried

There’s an extension that fetches URL titles: obsidian://show-plugin?id=obsidian-auto-link-title

What I’m trying to do

However, this won’t work if you’re logged in on a page (i.e. a Kajabi course page) and will provide you with a login page title instead.
Wondering if anyone worked out a reliable Keyboard Maestro/Tampermonkey solution that would fetch the actual title when copying the link?

If on macOS, the linked solution below works perfectly.

I use it with the hotkey: CTRL OPT CMD U

It captures the title and URL ready to paste into Obsidian:

Thanks @anon63144152, your Shortcuts solution inspired me to tinker with it a bit and together with other Redditors we came up with this https://www.reddit.com/r/shortcuts/comments/z31i9x/fetching_titleurl_from_the_active_tab_in_safari/ (please see the solution post).
