Brackets in the title of an External Link, it will not show Heading Anchor option

Steps to reproduce

If you have a file named “[Logic] Theme Reveal”, and then in a separate file, I create an external link to [Logic] Theme Reveal, [[[Logic] Theme Reveal], then I attempt to Heading Anchor or even archor it to a keyword, it will not pop up the suggested headers/keywords. If you type in entirety of the specific header correctly, it will link to the header.
