This BR was created to track users reporting the screen going blank/black when trying to set up a vault on their iOS device with iCloud.
Whoever has this problem, please create a vault locally and report the output of “show debug info”.
In the past, some user that encountered this glitch have managed to overcome it:
- Disabling and then reenabling Obsidian access to iCloud (in the iCloud settings)
- Logging out of iCloud on your iphone/iPad and then logging back in
