I imagine a feature that analyzes the text in all note names and automatically tags words (minus a customizable set of common words) that occur in more than one note. Then it would calculate all combinations of tags that occur in multiple notes and ranks those combinations most to least. This would allow you to find related notes and quickly develop relationships.
YES I’m surprised this isn’t a thing yet. Simple enough to create rules for this and would save a lot of manual work

there’s a couple addons like this but I think a different model from those they imploy would be welcome. I think if yours existed I’d prefer it
Care to share what plugins you’re referring to? 
I haven’t gotten to the point where I’ve worked anything in so I only know that they sometimes catch my eye in the community list. One thought that I remember having is using the Auto Tag plugin with a dataview table to do this.
