I agree. I thought there might be an opportunity for a plug-in to do something similar to what you have here.

Auto Tag Combo Ranker

I imagine a feature that analyzes the text in all note names and automatically tags words (minus a customizable set of common words) that occur in more than one note. Then it would calculate all combinations of tags that occur in multiple notes and ranks those combinations most to least. This would allow you to find related notes and quickly develop relationships.
