LCARS seems like it would be a perfect theme for Obsidian! It basically is your own personal “Library Computer Access/Retrieval System” after all.
I know we have one theme that kind of/sort of used a color scheme reminiscent of LCARS, but if there was a true-blue LCARS theme it would be amazing!
Whoever comes up with that theme #TAKEMYMONEY !!!
Hey everyone, I love this idea and am shocked that not more folks are pushing for this to be a reality!
I started my own css snippet to make something more closely related to LICARS UI. However, digging into this, it will require styling each component one at a time. I believe it is completely doable!
I’m working fresh from the default theme, intentionally, so I can control what the output is, without having to dig through massive amounts of other people’s theme CSS.
I spent a few hours just to get the left-top element to look sorta ok, though only one color and not very responsive on width, it’s a work in progress needing a lot more attention. Possible will require help beyond my skill level.
I found this resource: GitHub - Akifyss/obsidian-border: A theme for obsidian.md. It seems that Akifyss has been able to do some of what I want to do with the boards.
