Moving it to the desktop version as a separate panel shouldn’t pose any problems

I was running up against this same wall we were all dealing with (built-in toolbar is meh, cMenu/editing-toolbar is also meh, etc.) and couldn’t help but make my own even though, yes, it was incredibly difficult. I hope you like it!
