But you have (edit: Nevermind, I see now that the codes are just for the frontmatter specification option, the settings are predefined options).Deutsch (Deutschland) in your screenshot, not de-DE as I suggested. Have you tried the latter?
It would also be helpful to try the frontmatter method mentioned in the settings.
