Yikes: somehow I deleted the contents of my file

I have an Obsidian document that I use quite frequently. It is many pages long and I update it a lot.

Today, I must have somehow deleted the contents. The document is 0kb in Windows and has only the title in it. I have a neurological issue, so it is possible my shaking hands hit delete and I had the whole document selected (CTRL-A or something)? When I saw it was empty, I immediately hit CTRL-Z hoping for an undo.

Is there anything I can do? I do not think there is a version history. Frankly, I never even considered that I would delete the file contents and not the file. If I had deleted the file, I could attempt to pull it back from recycle or try to undelete the file.

Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this mistake?

Try the file recovery plugin in settings.

I just wanted to thank you for your solution. That is perfect! It worked like a charm.
