I created a plugin a while ago that’s able to insert templates and substitute variables based on the frontmatter content, mainly to make my life easier when using Darakah’s timeline plugin and I couldn’t find anything that did exactly what I want. Here it is.
It’s not in the community plugins page, so you’ll have to clone it and add it in your plugins folder at the moment. I initially hadn’t planned on doing anything more with it, since it does what I need it to do and I’m mostly satisfied with it, but if people like the idea, and have suggestions on how to improve it, I’ll work on it.
So yeah, please give me your feedback and suggestions.
