Is there a YAML Property to exclude a file / path from the current note’s backlinks?

Use case or problem

I have note for “Javascript Linting” with an alias of “eslint”. At some point, I also added a note containing the AirBnB JS style guide where the word “eslint” appears ~300 times.

The rub: is there a way to exclude that AirBnB style guide note when Obsidian is making the list of Unlinked Mentions for my note?

Proposed solution

Specify a YAML Property “backlink_exclusion” that accepts exclusions paths

Not in the core app. Have you searched the plugins?

@CawlinTeffid I didn’t see a plugin for this

You could try adding the note containing the AirBnB JS style guide to the excluded list in Settings > Files & Links, tho that might have more effects than you want (see the text under the setting).
