Workspace error caused by sync

The workspace of desktop get weird after I opening obsidian on my mobile and getting things sync. File explorer, tag pane, backlink pane… all were disappeared. However, it can be solved by reloading a normal workspace. So I think maybe there is something wrong when files sync between different device. There was another user met this problem and solved it by the same method. ( I use Obsidian sync, she uses Syncthing.)

Steps to reproduce

It maybe reproduce:

1. Use desktop as usual
2. Open mobile app and let files sync.
3. Reopen desktop, and workspace of it would get weird.

• Operating system: Win 11 / Win 10, Android

• Obsidian version: 0.12.14 / 0.12.12, mobile 1.0.4

I seems to have a similar problem but how do you “reload a normal workspace” ?

it can be solved by reloading a normal workspace.

Most of my plugin have vanished on my Mac while I am synching with my iPhone (with all sync option “on”).

How can I fix that ?

I tried to desactivate the Workspace core plugin and restart Obsidian but my plugins are still mostly missing on the Mac while they are still there on iPhone…
