Windows -> Android : Some emojis don't render properly

PC : Windows 10 - Latest Obsidian
Mobile : Android 8.0 - Samsung Experience 9.0 - Latest Obsidian

See screenshots below to see how some emoji on desktop (top image) don’t render properly on Android (bottom image) :

Is there any way to make these emojis render properly ? Perheaps this is simply due to using an “old” version of Android.
