I have a folder with 3000 Zotero pdf and epub attachments (collected since 2013) and an Obsidian vault with over 7000 notes and 40 plugins.
I would like to symlink Zotero attachments folder inside Obsidian to highlight and annotate with the Annotations plugin.
I already have a noticeable delay in accessing files just after the vault loads - have to wait (probably because I use Dataview). Will the performance be decreased even more if I symlink a folder with 3000 files?
