Steps to reproduce
When a WikiLink with link display text is present in a table, and you change the file name it will not “re-escape” it
Changing filename-this.md to filename-that.md
Results in [[filename-that|File Name this title]] instead of [[filename-that\|File Name this title]]
Furthermore, any reference to a heading disappears as well
Changing filename-this.md to filename-that.md where the WikiLink is [[filename-this\|File Name this title#heading]]
Results in [[filename-that|File Name this title]] instead of [[filename-that\|File Name this title#heading]]
