Why is weekly note template assigned to dd-mm-yyyy but in source mode it is in this format YYYY-MM-DD

What I’m trying to do

I want my date to be in this format YYYY-MM-DD but it is not getting shown there

I have looked into the journals plugin and tried to do everything
