Why does my minimal theme look like this?

I haven’t used Minimal theme for a while and wanted to use it again. But somehow it shows these weird stripes and colors. I don’t have this issue with any other theme. How do I get rid of those lines?

You can visualize the block width settings by using the command palette (CMD + P ) and turning on the Minimal Theme Settings: Show block widths toggle.
