Why do numbers inexplicably appear when typing Pinyin in Obsidian on Mac OS?

First, search the help docs and this forum. Maybe your question has been answered! The debugging steps can help, too. Still stuck? Delete this line and proceed.

What I’m trying to do

I installed Obsidian on my Mac mini, and after setting up the subheadings with Heading shifter, the pinyin input method always displays an Arabic numeral first. For example, if it’s a third-level heading, a ‘3’ appears, and for a fourth-level heading, a ‘4’ appears. For instance, when I type “new topic” under a fourth-level heading ####, it shows up as “4xinzhuti”, and I have to delete the number before I can use the input method normally. This issue does not occur in Obsidian on Windows. Seeking advice from experts for a solution.

Things I have tried

I turned off a third-party plugin Heading Shifter, but the problem still existed. I think other core and third-party plugins are not related to input and headers.
