Where is the file location of the release notes page for Obsidian on Windows?

What I’m trying to do

Would like to create an internal link to the current release notes.

Things I have tried

Used double square brackets to have Obisidain find it. Checked the vault and AppData locations for the file. Does not appear in the vault file list to right click file name and find via system explorere

searched: Released Note File Location on the help forums. Did not find a topic related to this.
