When I click in a deep-link to open a PDF in a new window, the respective text is not highlighted

I guess you might be interested in reading this other report I posted a few days ago: [Bug][Canvas][PDF] It's not possible to properly select text from PDF files that are added to a Canvas. It's impossible to create deep links from such files as well. There's also a weird behavior when I interact with the scrollbars

Also, could you please tell me if there’s a chance that the following suggestions can be implemented in the future:

Use case or problem The Obsidian team recently added support for deep linking in PDFs, which is great. However, the way this feature is currently implemented makes it necessary to open a new instance of a PDF file everytime I click in a deep link, which I think is a flaw. I believe it’d be more reasonable if there was a possibility to scroll to the text related to the link if the document is already open. Suggestion to better integration between PDF reader and Canvas

When you select a text from a PDF and right-click the mouse there’s just two options: “Copy” and “Copy link to selection”. It’d be great if there was a third option called “Send to canvas”, so the selected text should appear inside a card in the open canvas and it’d be linked to the PDF as well (if there’s no open canvas Obsidian should ask the user to select one or create a new canvas). If it’s not possible, then there should be an option to copy both the text and the link together.
