What that icon on the lower right corner?

What is that icon I see on the lower right corner? Clicking on it brings an empty, three selections, menu.

Not a default icon (that I’ve seen before), so most likely caused by a plugin you installed.

Which one was it? Curious minds want to know

The many little quirks I was seeing, because of plugins were changing things they weren’t supposed to change, made me start fresh. Now I am only using four plugins. I truly don’t know which one was it. I got rid of the rest.
