What is the easiest way to create editable tables as templates in Obsidian?

I have downloaded Markdown Table Editor Plugin and I learned how to do editable tables in Obsidian but I did not figure out how to use this table as a template that I can use over and over again.

In MS Word, it is easy. I just copy and paste the table in another document. But how do I do this in Obsidian. Copy and paste didn’t work.
