Webp support in Obsidian Publish

Use case or problem

Webp is not supported in Obsidian Publish at the moment - one cannot upload Webp files (Extenstion .webp not allowed) even though support has been extended to Obsidian proper.

Proposed solution

Include Webp support on Obsidian Publish. Licat has suggested he will do this here.

Licat seems to have added this quietly (the .webp files on my Publish is now uploaded), @WhiteNoise is it possible to archive this?
