When I first started to use the official chrome extension web clipper, it worked fine and imported the complete webpage including the pictures.
Since a week of 2, web clipper import the website like configured, but without any website image.
Can somebody help me?
This is too vague. You will have to provide more details. Perhaps show here the text of a sample (small) website that you see in the webclipper before you send it to your obsidian.
It could be your template within web clipper is messed up. It could also be a plugin in your vault. For example I have a plugin that automatically renames attached images.
There are so many variables. To eliminate some of these potential culprits, make a new vault, and then send the web clipper content to the new vault. Did it work there? If so, then go back to your original vault and disable all plugins, then start re-enabling them till you find the one which is misconfigured…

it imports all the text correctly, without any image. It happens on nearly any webiste. I didn´t change any configuration .
Try it your self. I want to upload links and proves, but I get always an error.
for example search for the website How to Geek, open any article and make a webclip.
Of course I tried it. I use it every day. It does import images.
I gave you some steps what you could try to get to the bottom of it.
I can’t help you anymore than that nor can likely anyone else without getting more details from you.

I don’t know if it’s normal, but I can’t get picture addresses on some websites too.
But using markDownload plug-in can be get the corresponding picture.

I’m also experiencing this problem.
I wanted to clip this article: https://www.highagency.com/
And, it’s not recognising or importing any images (there are 60+ on the page)
Maybe hitting a limit?
Maybe not recognising them in the HTML?
Not sure why or what to do, but this seems like a bug.
Does it work if you select the page / text before clipping? This method selected images in a local test.

Agreed; I was able to recreate the issue on both of those web pages. The variable content does not contain images. This does appear to be a bug.
But I too have found like @guapa that if you use the highlighter and for instance apply it to the entire page, it will capture images…
