Hi! Newbe here. When not using my personal computer, is there possibility to loggin to my account to access notes without installing software?

Not currently, although there is a feature request that is worth following / reading and adding your thoughts to.
I use Dropbox for one of my vaults (and Obsidian Sync for another). I can log into the Dropbox vault and use a markdown editor to read and edit files. It is a work around - but meets my needs at this point. You could probably do the same with another syncing option (Google Sync, etc).
