My recommendation for this one would be to have it scrollable, and keep it scrolled to keep the name in view by default.

This is a particular problem now that file names are preceded by a breadcrumb trail in versiion 1.0.0. Ideally, Iād like to be able to turn the breadcrumb off, but at the very least, file names should absolutely be scrollable.
