Very long startup for Workspace on Android

What I’m trying to do

Launch the Obsidian mobile app with reasonable startup time

Things I have tried

• Updated to latest mobile version (v.1.8.9)
• Disabled the Workspaces core plugin

The startup time on mobile (Samsung Galaxy S22+, Android 14) is almost 25 seconds, with Workspaces takes most of that time with 20.8 seconds. The startup time reports specifies “9 tabs (8 deferred)”, see screenshot, which I don’t know what means. I only have one tab open.

Tips for improving startup time would be greatly appreciated!

Rename workspace-mobile.json on PC or on Android to workspace-mobile.json.bak and launch Obsidian.

Thanks a lot for your suggestion, @Yurcee! I can’t find workspace-mobile.json on neither PC nor phone. I tried changing workspace.json to workspace.json.bak on PC (“Core plugin setting” sync on) and that doesn’t change anything. I’ll take the discussion over to the thread you link to.
