Vertical spacing of lists — how to add space below last item of lists and sublists?

Hi all, and especially hi to CSS heroes !

I would like to improve the visual appearance of my lists. In particular, I would like to add a little breathing space below the last item of lists and sub-lists. Here’s a sample list :

Do you know how to target, if it is at all possible, in CSS these “last items” of lists and sublists (ordered or non-ordered) ?
