Vaults with same name not handled by URI scheme

Steps to reproduce

Create 2 Vaults having the same name and generate an URI pointing to the Welcome page for each.

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? [Y/N]

Y

Expected result

Two distinct URIs pointing to each Vault.

For example using the uid of the Vault as additional key to differentiate between them.

Actual result

Two idendical URIs that open the first vault created.

Additional information

Since it is more likely an oversight in the URI sheme than an actual bug, I did not test inside KDE/Gnome as it is unrelated to the Desktop environment.
