Probably a quick question, but are vaults cross platform compatible?
I’m using Obsidian currently on Windows, but possibly need to open the same vault (GoogleDrive, Dropbox) on MacOS in the near future.
Does this work seamlessly, incl plugin settings, themes, etc?

Yes! Make sure that you sync the .obsidian folder to make sure settings and third-party plugins are synchronized.
