When creating a new vault in Obsidian, I’m unable to see or select my root folder, as shown below:
Expected:
What I’ve tried:
- Checked configuration settings
- Completely uninstalled and reinstalled Obsidian
Despite these steps, the issue persists.
The current vault name (if you click it, you can get to other vaults and Manage vaults…), Help, and Settings are in the bottom of the left sidebar now. The location was changed a few major versions ago.
