V1.5.8 Text twitching because of properties and properties staying minimized

Steps to reproduce

First issue - text twitching

  1. Add properties to a page.
  2. Open a different page in the same tab.
    Text on the new page is first loaded and then visibly twitches up. If there are properties on the newly opened page, text twitches up then twithes back down.

Second issue - properties always staying minimized when a page is reopened

  1. Add properties to a page.
  2. Minimize the properties widget if properties are set to Visible in the editor settings menu, or the properties code if they are set to YAML code.
  3. Close the page.
  4. Reopen it and open the properties widget/code.
  5. Close and reopen again.
    Despite the properties being open in step 4, they are now going to be closed any time you open the page again. Closing and opening the vault does not help.
    If you minimize and then open the properties in step 2 and only then close the page, this does not happen.

This has been recreated in the sandbox vault.

Expected result

I expect the text to not twitch and the properties staying open when I open them rather then staying minimized on reopening the page, like they used to before the 1.5.8 update.

Actual result

Text twitches, properties stay minimized.
