Using Windows taskbar, can no longer open new Obsidian instance via middle-click of non-first instance

Steps to reproduce

Open multiple instances of Obsidian on Windows.
Middle-click any of the ones other than the first one you opened.

Expected result

Opens a new instance of Obsidian.

Actual result

Nothing happens.

Environment

I just tested again. Now the behaviour is that the last opened Obsidian window is the only one not creating the expected result.

I try middle clicking 3 times, nothing happens. Then you see me right click and I choose ‘Obsidian’ in the context menu, which opens up Obsidian. Which is what middle click would be doing if it was working. That’s what middle click does on the first opened instance of Obsidian.
